Justice delayed is justice denied

The Hon’ble Supreme Court is the Law making body of the Country which makes Important decisions. Recently the Court has questioned on the increase in cases in the High Court and various smaller Courts of the Country and the delay in providing Justice to people. This is same as denying for Justice. The Supreme Court had made a Review that in our Country more than 2 crores cases have been stayed in various Courts and it takes over 5-7 years to make a sentence on a case. The decrease in number of Judge have created a tension in the mind as it creates delay in hearing on a case. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has ordered all the minor Courts to give perfect decisions under the control of Judges.

After all the failures people moves to the Court for Justice. But if the Justice providing body will make delay or deny the wants of the people then they will loose faith on the Courts. The court should have control on themselves and shoul take the responsibility of providing Justice to the people. The hearing of the Delhi Gang Rape Case took more than require time to provide Justice to the Victim’s family. This shows the irregularity of the Indian Courts and law making bodies and their attitude towards the citizen of their Country. Let us hope for a change in the law policy.
